Terms of Service

MyClassTime helps Coaches schedule classes, manage rosters, track attendance, and bill students for tuition. MyClassTime is a software provider only. Coaches are independent businesses responsible for the classes, instruction, and services they offer to their own students.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload student or contact data you do not have the right or consent to store.
• Send messages through the Service to recipients who have not consented to receive them.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written consent.

Billing and payment processing is handled through Stripe. Where a Coach charges students tuition through the Service, the Coach — not MyClassTime — is the merchant of record for those charges and is responsible for pricing, refunds, and compliance with applicable payment regulations. Subscription fees for use of the Service itself are billed to the Coach as described on our pricing page.

MyClassTime Alerts is our SMS notification program, sent by Dgamaz LLC through the Service, used to send account notifications such as class reminders, waitlist openings, schedule changes, and payment reminders. It is not used for marketing.

A student opts in by checking an unchecked consent box when registering at a Coach’s signup page, or a Coach records that the student (or their parent/guardian) agreed to receive texts when adding or editing that student’s profile. Consent is never a condition of signing up.

• Message frequency varies depending on class activity and account settings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, or HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

MyClassTime and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Coaches retain ownership of the roster and student data they upload.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyClassTime will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
